How long do the services take?
Service time depends on what services are being performed and what add-ons are added into service. Laura is extremely detailed in her work and does only high quality work, so that way the client gets the best possible quality for what the customer is paying for.
What is included in the price of service?
The service price includes the cost of material being used, overhead costs, as well as the time/ of the technician. Clients/customers can always express any concerns they have with Laura.
What type of nail art can Nova Nails do?
Laura is very versatile in what art/designs she can do, it is always best to discuss any and all nail art/designs ahead of time to get pricing and timing.
How far in advance can I book an appointment?
It is always best to book an appointment as early in advance as possible, Nova Nails books up to 2 months out, but will take special occasions into consideration. If an appointment time is not available, a client/customer can ask to be put on a waitlist.
