Terms & Conditions of Booking -- Cancellation Policy

We all understand that life happens and plans can sometimes change.  To ensure fair treatment for both parties, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Booking Policy is as follows:

*Client needs to indicate what services, add-ons, or enhancements they desire at the time of booking.

*Time and payment for all bookings will be discussed with the client upfront at time of booking, to avoid any surprises on the day/time of appointment.

*Clients trying to add on services when they have already arrived at the appointment is at the discretion of the owner/nail technician.

*Owner/nail technician has the right to refuse any services that were not previously discussed beforehand with the client if time was not allotted for said service.

*Booking will be done by phone, text, social media, or email.  Copies of consultation form as well as booking/cancellation policies will be made available at that time or on day of first appointment.

* All sales are final and no refunds can be issued.
* At this time, acceptable methods of payment include: cash, check, or Zelle.

* If client is paying with cash, exact change is always appreciated.

Cancellation Policy is as follows:

* Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will have no extra charges and can be rescheduled at any time.

* Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which will be calculated as 50% of all the service(s) the client/customer booked.

* No-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged the full-price (100%) of all the service(s) the client/customer booked.

* No-show and cancellation payments will be due before being able to book another appointment in the future. If the payment of previous cancellation or no-show is not received and client has already arrived for an appointment or to book an appointment, the owner has the right to refuse service on the client.

*Owner/nail technician will not be held responsible for client's lost appointment cards as a reason for not remembering an appointment. It is solely up to the client to remember when he/she has an appointment and to follow-up as necessary.

* If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, this is considered a no-show. Owner/nail technician has the right to refuse/cancel the appointment if there is already an appointment scheduled after and there is no time to adjust. Nova Nails runs on a strict schedule, in order to prevent appointment overlap or cause the next client to wait.  If client arrives too late to their appointment to be able to keep that appointment, they will be charged the full amount of the service they scheduled.
